最高級のA5ランクの特撰黒毛和牛をメインに、鮑や伊勢海老、フォアグラなど新鮮・高級食材を贅沢に提供する鉄板焼専門店。池袋に本店があります。
最初に伝えますが、味・雰囲気・コスパ全てにおいて本当おススメのお店です❗️
『JAKEN』の名前から想像がつくように、オーナーさんが広島ご出身。瀬戸内産の新鮮な魚介類も毎日仕入れているそう。メニューには広島のお好み焼きもあるんです！
広島出身の私は、行く前から親近感がありお店のファンに
店内は、シックなインテリアや照明が落ち着いていて、高級感があり素敵です
入ってすぐに目を惹く、カウンター席の前の5mの大きな鉄板は迫力があります！
ライブキッチンでお肉の焼ける音、カンカンと鳴る鉄板の音が食欲をそそります
高級食材を使ったお店なので、値段が心配なところですが、メニューの価格帯が広いので安心です
特にランチはリーズナブルなセットやコースメニューが豊富。
私がいただいたのは、
①特撰黒毛和牛 モモステーキ 65g
②特撰黒毛和牛 ハンバーグステーキ 100g
③特撰黒毛和牛 スジすき焼き流 80g
上記の①~③が全て付くトリプルセット

この値段でいいの？と言うくらいリーズナブル！しかもライブキッチンで待つ間も楽しめるし、美味しさも倍増します✨
お料理は、もう本当に美味しくてボリュームも大満足！！
お肉の質がいいのはもちろん、サラダのドレッシングもステーキソースも何から何まで美味しいです☺︎ランチワインもお得。
私はひとりで来店したのでリーズナブルなランチセットにしましたが、コースメニューも幅広い価格帯で設定されていて、おススメです✨
アルコールもワインをはじめ、種類が豊富です
記念日やお誕生日、接待などもいろんなシチュエーションにぴったりだと思います。
にぎやかな通りからは少し外れていますが、新宿三丁目C6出口からすぐでアクセスも良いです☺︎
お店の方も紳士的で素敵な接客なので、おひとり様でももちろん大丈夫！
