昔はエルフラメンコと言う名前でした。
まだ出来て３～４年経った頃でしょうか！
また別の先輩がスペイン料理のおいしい店があるよっと言われて一緒に行ったのが４０年以上前です（汗）
新宿伊勢丹は寮（目黒）と仕事場（阿佐ヶ谷）の通り道にあり、
新宿駅近くのしょんべん横丁（通称）や伊勢丹会館内のジャズバープリムラはよく通いました(笑)
特に記憶にあるのが、スペイン料理とプリムラの和田さん（和田肇さんのお子さん）のピアノでした。
最高の料理と最高の音楽を聴かせていただいた時期でした。謝謝！！
追記：和田肇さんは俳優和田浩治さんのお父様でプリムラでの和田さんは浩治さんのお姉さんです。
