新宿でフラメンコショーとスペイン料理が味わえる新宿伊勢丹会館にある【TABLAOFLAMENCOGARLOCHI】を教えていただき伺いました。
店内にはフラメンコショーの舞台があり、とても広い店内です。
ガルロチは、スペイン最高峰アーティストのステージを上質な食事と共に楽しめる劇場型フラメンコレストランなんです。
新宿で本場スペインの雰囲気を味わえるなんて！
平日だというのに広い店内はほぼ満席！とてもにぎわっています。
ショーは２回行われました。
迫力のある踊りと掛け声は見入ってしまいました。
コースは7,020円のコースをお願いしました。
●カツヌマホワイトグレープジュース
ワインの製造技術をベースに造られている白葡萄のジュース。

トマトとにんにくの冷製スープ
トマトとにんにくってよく合いますよね。さっぱりとしていながらもコクのある一品。
●前菜盛り合わせ
・カジキのスモーク スイカソース
・白身魚のテリーヌ
・鴨肉ロースト バルサミコソース
・白魚と枝豆のタルトレット
・自家製ピクルス
色んな種類を少しずつたべられる前菜って嬉しいですね。
夏らしく枝豆が使用されているのも季節を感じられます。

お肉がとても柔らかく、ほどよいレア感です。
夏野菜も添えられております。

３人で1つのパエリアパンをシェアしました。
ムール貝や手なが海老などが乗って豪華でした！！
パエリアのクオリティに感動。魚介のお出汁が染み込んだライスは本場スペインにきたかのよう。
水分もちょうどよく、ライスがかたすぎず柔らかすぎず絶妙です。

ミックスベリーのアイスとヨーグルトのエスプーマ
甘酸っぱいミックスベリーのアイスと程よい酸味と甘みのヨーグルトがマッチしています。
デザートでしまりましたー！
ショーチャージの5,292円に
スペシャルシートの1,402円をつけて楽しみました。臨場感が違いますね。
お料理も楽しまていただきましたが、素晴らしいフラメンコでした。
ゲストも様々なアーティストを招聘しているそうです。
