新宿西口で安定感ある佐賀の焼き鳥屋さん
ご当地酒場のコンセプトで、都内に10数店舗を運営されている、ファンファンクションという会社が経営元。
佐賀や北海道、青森、高知、長崎などなど
地元の食材や地域をアピールするアンテナショップ的な立ち位置ですね。
ビルの4階で三角形のオープンキッチンが独特ですが、居心地は悪くないです。
ランチは鶏料理を中心に数種類、ごはん大盛り無料とコーヒーサービスがついてのお値段と考えれば、良心的な価格です。
注文したのは、親子丼のレバー有の大盛り。
鶏はもう少し歯ごたえと旨味が欲しいかな。
スープは鶏出汁と塩味が効いてて、量も多め。
サラダとお漬物が付いて900円。
ランチはカード使えずSuicaは大丈夫でした。
また利用させていただきます。

この日の日替わりは、鶏胸肉の山椒照り焼き
的な内容(1,200円)。
肉汁が逃げないよう、1枚ドーンと提供されますので
ハサミとトングでお好みサイズにカットして食します。
ご飯大盛はサービス、たっぷりスープとサラダ、食後のコーヒー(持ち帰り可)も付いてるので満足できます。
