誕生日に連れて行ってもらいました！
事前にお店を教えてもらわなかったので、どこだろうとワクワクしていたのですが、
向かった先は、なんと京王プラザホテルの最上階へ！
ホテル内に飲食店はたくさんある中、これはテンション上がります。
最上階の、スカイラウンジというお店に入りました。
高級そうだったので、お店の入口の写真を撮るのは憚られてしまいました。
予約してあったので、横並びの窓際2人席に案内してもらいました。
コース料理で、ドリンクはファーストドリンクのシャンパン(アルコール有無選べました)、
アルコール含む豊富なドリンクメニューから1つ、
食後のコーヒーor紅茶がついてきました。
また、メインメニューが選べ、牛か、金目鯛でした。
2人で来たので、それぞれ別々のメインを選びました。
前菜、鴨！
リンゴのスライスとのコラボが素敵。
甘みのある鴨に果物の甘味と酸味が加わって、爽やかにいただけます。
乾燥？フライ？させたスライスリンゴは、甘みが凝縮されてとても美味しかったです。
前菜は、オマール海老とホタテ。
オマール海老はカットされていましたが、味が詰まっていました。
海老の殻で抽出したと思われる、たっぷりのオレンジ色のビスクソース。
これも美味しかった。パンにつけて食べたかったのですが、パンはこの後に出て、
すでにお皿は下げられていました。
(つまり、つけずに食べてください、というお店側のメッセージなのでしょうか…。)
メインの選べる2品。
金目鯛は肉厚で、普段家で食べる干物とは全然違い、鯛を食べている印象でしたが、
牛には負けました笑
トッピングも、金目鯛はキノコであるのに対し、
牛の方はローストもしくは揚げた野菜がたくさんありました。
デザートは写真を撮り忘れてしまったのですが、抹茶のケーキとソルベでした。
誕生日だったので、店員さんが写真撮影を打診してくださいました。
とてもありがたいです。
景色と、お皿一品一品を堪能しました。
皿数の割には、お腹が腹7分目くらいにおさまりました。
炭水化物がパン一切れだったからかもしれません。
夜景をとても堪能することができました。
毎回京王ホテルを通り過ぎるたびに、この日のことを思い出します。
記念日にとても良いお店だと思いました。
