今日はもつ焼きキャプテン。
以前訪問した時は、レバーもタン刺しも売り切れで泣く泣くほかのを食べました。
本日はオープンすぐにイン。
今日はレバーとタン刺しありますか？と伺うとあります。
そして、レバーは今年一いいと思います。
もちろん食べますよね？と。
いや、それを食べに来たんだよって、一笑い。
もう楽しい。
・低温調理の特上タン刺し＠720
タンを１本から１人前だって。とても貴重。
綺麗な色。調理法は低温調理しているとのこと。
周りを落とすんだもんね。もったいない。
そしてこのタンになるのね。
味も触感も本当においしい。
・レバー＠150
豚レバーは見た目は思ったより角ばっている。
しっかりした感じのイメージ。
食べたら、ザクって触感。
ほうほう。牛や鳥とは全然違うし、他店で食べた豚レバーよりぷりぷり。
確かにおいしい。今日来れてよかったわ笑

春菊お浸しとろろ＠380
やはり野菜は食べたいよね。
よって、上記２品を注文。
ピーマンも春菊もしっかりおいしい。
年齢的に野菜大事です。
最後の最後まで元気のよいお店。
