The liver is well-cooked and medium-rare. This cooking method is possible because it's pork. The young employees are friendly and work methodically. It's a good restaurant. The most important thing is the taste. Starting with the boiled offal, everything was delicious. This is a platter of gourd cooked at a low temperature at the restaurant.I couldn't really tell the difference in taste, but I enjoyed the difference in texture.It was a little disappointing that there weren't many carbohydrates and raw vegetables, but it's a good restaurant if you want to enjoy grilled pork.
