I went to work for the first time in a while since I was in Tokyo, and I recently changed departments, so I went to lunch with all the members. We all had a fun lunch together at Italian Cuisine called "InTheGarden135" near the company. "InTheGarden135" is Italian Cuisine located next to the Rose Garden Hotel in Nishi-Shinjuku, and since it is managed by the Rose Garden Hotel, the customer service is polite. I didn't make a reservation, but even though it was busy at lunchtime, they guided me very smoothly. For lunch, you can choose from 10 types including pasta, pizza, and Hamburg, and it comes with a drink bar and salad bar. Please note that the drink bar can be refilled as many times as you like, but the salad bar can only be refilled once. The salad bar has a wide variety of vegetables, including potato salad, burdock salad, and couscous. Since it is a one-time meal that cannot be refilled, you have to think about the types and amounts to serve. So I took it pretty seriously. Well, it's good because it's a vegetable. For the main course of lunch, I chose pizza. Their specialty is crispy pizza baked in a pizza oven, so I thought I'd give it a try. On this day, there were two types of pizza: the classic Margherita, rape blossoms and fava bean pizza, and mochi mentaiko cream pizza, and it was said that each could be made half and half, so we made it half and half with margherita and rape blossoms and fava bean pizza. Saw. The browned dough gives it a fragrant, crispy texture that goes well with the simple tomato sauce. I would have liked a little more mozzarella cheese and basil. The rape blossoms and fava bean pizza has a lot of toppings and is very filling. Bittersweet rape blossoms go well with olive oil, so they also go well with pizza. It's about 25cm in diameter, so even men can get quite full. It's cold in the winter, so I didn't see them using it, but they have terrace seating, and apparently pets are allowed here. I don't often choose Italian Cuisine food for lunch, but it's nice once in a while. Since I don't often go to the office, I rarely have lunch around Shinjuku, but it doesn't seem like I'll have any trouble opening a new restaurant.
