今日は息子を連れて親友と新宿で焼肉ディナーです。
新宿駅から徒歩５分ほどのこちらのお店。
ジャズが流れてシックで雰囲気かっこいいなぁ〜！
スタッフの方々の清楚な姿がまた惹かれます。焼肉屋なのに高級レストランにいる感覚。
コロナ禍の今こそ、焼肉でスタミナをつけなければ〜。
今日頂いたのは、神戸牛などが頂ける”わしのWコース”。
何か必要であればケータイでQRを読み込んでオーダーできるシステム。
何度もマスクして小声ですみませーんって大変ですもんね。コロナ禍の中で考えられた案素晴らしい。
さて、黒烏龍茶で乾杯です。
☆キムチ、ナムル盛り合せ
カクテキ、オイキムチなど種類がありおつまみにもってこい。
ゼンマイも味がしっかりと染み込んでいてどれも美味しくいただきました。
☆わしのサラダ
量も多くないのでお肉をたべるまえにお腹の調整って意味でも嬉しい一品です。
☆和牛炙りユッケ風
綺麗なサシの入ったお肉の上にはとろり卵黄が。
崩していただきましたが、口の中でとろけます。途中で白ごはんが欲しくなるほど！
☆上タン塩、神戸牛カルビ、和牛ロース、ハラミ
いきなり豪華な盛り合わせが登場してびっくり。
上質なお肉なので焼きすぎないように、少しレアでいただきます。
神戸牛カルビなんて食べごたえあるのにさっぱりして何枚でもたべれそう。
☆白センマイ
ほんのり辛い味噌でさっぱりといただきました。
☆特選三点盛
特選みすじ、特選とうがらし、特選さんかく を美人女将が焼いてくれました。
マスク美人ではないかなり美人だと確信。それに割烹着姿。。惚れてしまいます。
そして完璧に美味しいタイミングで焼いてくださって説明してくださるので、惚れ惚れです。
すごいのは、お肉の種類によって厚さを変え口の中でどのように旨味が広がるかを把握してらっしゃる。
ただ美味しいだけでない、甘いだけでない、食べていく順番によってさっぱりから旨味に変わっていったり
最後は特選みすじを焼いてくれて、わさび醤油をつけパクリ。
ちゃんと美味しい脂が口に残って美味しいという印象を与えて笑顔で美人女将はもどっていかれました。素晴らしい。
☆本日の神戸牛特選三種
特選ささみ、特選かいのみ、特選カルビでした。
先程の女将のように上手に焼こうとしましたが、プロにはかないませんので
真似してみて、楽しみながらいただきました。どれもサシがすごいのに胃もたれが全然ない。
今回はおろしポン酢で頂きましたので、更にさっぱり。
☆サーロインにぎり
ものさしのように長いお肉のにぎりでした。
口の中でとろけるとろける一瞬でなくなってしまいました。
☆ホルモン四種盛
上ミノ、レバー、上ホルモン、マルチョウ
上ミノのイカのような食感のサクサクが最高です、これは新鮮なホルモンですね。そして上品。
最後にホルモンたべれるかなぁっておもってたけども、全然重くないし美味しくて余裕でした。
☆冷麺
最後にさっぱり冷麺をいただきます。
コースはビビンバか選べましたが今日はさっぱりしたい気分だったので冷麺を。
盛岡冷麺系の白いつるっとした麺で、スープは飲み干せるくらい出汁がうまい！
それに好みで酢をいれます。ピリッとしたキムチのアクセントも好きでした。
最後にバニラアイスを頂き今日のコースは終了です。
サシが多いのに重くなくて、どのように旨味が広がるか把握して色々と考えてコース構成をされてるなぁと関心関心。
むしろさっぱりして爽快に終わったので気分もすごくいい。
スタッフの方の気配りなんかもとても嬉しいものでした。
新宿に行く際はまた行きたいおみせです！
