品川のプリンスさんははるか昔に行ったかな?
日曜夜の17時に予約。
一番乗り
7月はシーフードブッフェで夏らしくさっぱりとした、お料理が多かったです。
ムール貝のワイン蒸しだけ、ちょっと火を通し過ぎかな?
サーモンは燻製と2種類、ケッパーもちゃんとセットしてあって、嬉しい。
ローストビーフや豚肉のソテー、鶏肉料理、カレー、バケットなどもありました。
やはり老舗ホテルだけあって、どれも丁寧なお料理。
格式だけ高いところより、良いかも。
オムレツもフワッフワ。
ブイヤベースは蛤、蟹、タラ、ムール貝など具沢山のお出汁に、ニンニクの効いたルイユソース(バケットにかけてくださった黄色ソース)を混ぜると更に味わい深かったです。
並ぶこともなくゆっくり食べれたのもまた良き。
外国人観光客ばかりなのかと勝手に思ってましたが、良い意味で裏切られました(笑)
シェフやお店の方も親切。
普段甘いものはあまり食べないんですが、せっかくなので桃のロールケーキ(一口サイズ)をいただきましたが、スポンジしっとりきめ細やかで美味しい。
超豪華食材って感じではありませんが何を食べても美味しいし、大満足出来ました。
異常な物価高でランチブッフェで12000円なんてところもある中、週末プラス料金もなく、お料理取るのに並ぶこともなく、ゆっくり食べれて、これは穴場です。
