今回注文したのは・・・
◎ うなぎのオムライス ¥950
うなぎとジビエの専門店て面白そうだなと思いお伺いしました☺️
今回注文したうなぎのオムライスは重箱に入っているメニューで、細かく刻まれたうなぎの蒲焼きがオムライスに乗っていました
うなぎの蒲焼きと玉子を絡めてご飯と一緒に食べると、卵のまろやかさと蒲焼きタレの濃厚さが合わさり絶妙な美味しさ
蒲焼きは皮はパリッと焼かれ身がほくほくしていてとても美味しかったです
別メニューの「うなオムDX」というメニューはうなぎのオムライスにうなぎの蒲焼きがプラスされているとのこと。
値段にヒヨりましたが絶対美味しいだろうなぁ・・・。
お店自体はネオ居酒屋なおしゃれな内装。
しかもディナーのドリンクに面白そうなメニューがあって「自販機セルフサワー」と言う気になるメニューが！
お客が自分で割り物のお酒（サワーやチューハイ、ハイボールとか）を作れるみたいです
なんだか面白そうなので、今度はディナー行ってみます
