友人と新宿三丁目で飲むことになり、珍しいものをというリクエストがあったのでジビエで有名なこちらを選びました✨
この日は、まずはガリしめ鯖とおばんざい5種盛りからスタートしました。しめ鯖はあっさりとしつつ味がしっかりあるので、ビールによく合いました✨おばんざい5種は、どれも日本酒が欲しくなるような味でした
ここからジビエ祭りとなります笑
メインに頼んだのは、鹿と鴨のローストでした！
鹿は赤身でしたが脂も感じられとても美味しかったです！鴨は脂がしっかり乗っており美味しかったです
また、鹿肉のメンチと鹿肉のシチューも頼みました！
いずれも鹿肉と言われなければ分からないくらい、柔らかくて美味しいお肉でした✨
また、こちらはうなぎも有名なので、うなぎの白焼きもいただきました！炭火で焼かれたうなぎは皮がパリッと、身はふっくらとしており、わさびで食べたら最高でした☺️
〆のうにぎりは調子に乗っていくらものせてしまいました笑
炭火で焼かれたおにぎりにこんな贅沢なものをのせたら美味しくないわけがありません
大満足の一夜となりました！
