週末のディナータイムに家族で利用。新宿駅から歩いて7−8分といったところ。店は地下にあるが、看板も出ているので比較的見つけやすかった。店内はカウンターとテーブル席。落ち着いた雰囲気で食事もしやすかった。早い時間だったこともあり、ハッピーアワーにあやかれる時間であったが、土日ということもあってか、空いていて利用しやすかった。
この店のイチオシはホルモンのようであったが、生憎ホルモンが苦手な私は、通常のお肉のみを注文。極タン、極ハラミ、上ロース、豚トロ等をいただいた。このお店の特徴は、タレは最初に肉につけられているもののみで、いわゆるつけだれがなく、肉と一緒にサーブされるワサビをつけていただくこと。それでも肉の質が大変高いので、柔らかく、美味しくいただくことができた。空いていたこともあり、焼き方を店員さんが丁寧に教えてくれ、絶妙なタイミングで食べることができたのもよかった。提供速度も早く、接客も満足度が高いと感じた。シメでいただいた石焼ビビンパは、少し辛めの味ながらも、こちらも絶妙なおこげをスタッフの方に作っていただけ、満足度の高い一品であった。
全体を通して、料理の質、接客、空間ともに満足度は高かった。少し駅から離れているのは事実として否めないが、新宿でそこそこ満足のいく焼肉が食べたいと思うのであれば、ここまで足を運んできて食べる価値のあるお店だと感じた。また機会があれば利用したいと思う。
