新宿駅西口から徒歩7分ほどにある、生ホルモン焼肉を備長炭の七輪でリーズナブルに食べられるお店。
焼肉大好きな友人との女子会で、平日の19:30ごろに全17品＋2.5H飲み放題付¥7,000の「極コース」を予約して伺いました。
6種類のホルモンとタン、赤身、カルビ、ハラミ、ロースの11種類のお肉が楽しめるコースで、とてもお腹いっぱいになりました！
コースのホルモン盛り合わせを提供される前に、店員さんが「今日は希少部位のシビレが入荷していてとっても状態が良く美味しいので、盛り合わせに入れてもいいですか？苦手じゃないですか？」と丁寧に説明＆確認してくれました。
私は脂身の多いホルモンがあまり得意ではなく、それを正直にお伝えしたところ、「そうでしたか…でも今日は本当に良いシビレが入っているので、一度食べてみて頂きたいのでなるべく脂身が少ないものを選びますね！」と最大限のお気遣いを頂きました。
そのシビレが店員さんのお言葉通りでとても美味しく、脂身も気になりませんでした！
実は苦手じゃなかったんでは？！と思うくらいに
パクパク食べられて自分でもびっくりでした。
ホルモンは新鮮さと処理の丁寧さで全然変わるんですね。
今回伺った時は平日かつすごくアクセスが良い立地ではないにもかかわらず満席で、お肉のレベルが高いうえに店員さんも素敵ときては、それはこの人気になるはず！と納得しました。
