新宿西口から徒歩5分の場所にある炭火焼ホルモンぐうさん！芝浦の生ホルモンが絶品でした。
色々な種類のホルモンが食べたかったので、ホルモン厳選6種盛りと、赤身盛り合わせを注文しました。
ひとつひとつ焼き方を丁寧に店員さんが教えて下さって、最高の焼き加減で食べれました。特にシマチョウとマルチョウがめっちゃ美味しかったです。脂が口の中で溶けて、噛む度に美味しさが広がります！
ホルモンも最高でしたが、赤身もどれも美味しい！！
味付けされてるので、タレは無しでOK。
週末に来店しましたが、満席でした。
行く際は予約するのがオススメです。
店員さんも明るく元気でとても気さくで、過ごしやすかったです。また行きますー！
