新宿駅西口から徒歩5分のお店で、新宿でホルモン食べるならココ！もいうぐらいにお気に入りのお店になりました。
今回オーダーしたのは、【極コース】税込7500円。
2.5時間の飲み放題付きで、全11種類の部位が楽しめるぐう新宿の最上級プランです。
まず序盤の浅漬けキムチ、おかわり自由のキャベツ&おネギのお野菜たちがとってもみずみずしくて美味しくて驚き。
浅漬けキムチはこの秘伝のタレを単品で売ってほしいぐらいの美味しさでした。
本日の煮込みは牛すじたっぷりでグッツグツに煮えたぎっていて食欲にも火がつきます。
そしてお待ちかねのお肉等はまぁ美味しいのなんの！
ホルモンや飲めるロースは通称ホルモンガール(ボーイの時もあり)のスタッフさんがとっても美味しく焼き上げてくれるので、美味しさ100％保証。
定番のハラミやカルビも食べられるし、タンは『極タン』というだけあって超柔らかい！
emikoはちょっと焼きすぎてしまったんですが、それでもかなり柔らかかったのでポテンシャルの高さを感じました。
どのお肉もホントに秀逸だったけど、中でも飲めるロースのオン・ザ・ライスは最強だったかも。
味噌だれホルモン&キャベツの組み合わせもバッチグーでした。
また行きたいと思います。
