■ぐう名物浅漬けキムチ
浅漬けなので瑞々しくてシャキシャキ感を味わえます。
癖になる味。
■タン塩
薬味も出して頂きましたが、本当は何も付けずにそのままいって欲しいとのこと。
薬味有り無し両方で頂きましたが確かに薬味無しだとお肉の旨みがダイレクトにガツンと伝わりました☺️
■ハラミ
個人的にハラミが一番好きな部位。
ぐうさんのハラミ、めちゃくちゃ美味しい。
■店長厳選ホルモン６種盛
しびれ/あかせん/がつ/ほるもん/まるちょう/みの
の６種類を頂きました。
今まで美味しいホルモンを色々食べてきたつもりですが、ぐうさんのホルモンはその中でもトップレベルの美味しさ。
カウンターだったので店長さんが焼き加減を見てくださりベストの状態で頂くことができました。
どれも美味しかったけど、個人的に気に入ったのは「しびれ」です☺️
■店長渾身のハラミステーキ 月曜限定
山葵につけられたハラミの塊がインパクト大。
山葵の風味とお肉の旨みや甘味が合わさって最高でした。
びっくりするくらい柔らかくてジューシー。
■チャンジャ巻き
本来は６切れなのですが、ハーフの３切れにして頂きました。
ごま油が香って美味しかったです。
■ほうじ茶アイス
濃厚なのに甘過ぎずお肉を食べた後の〆にぴったりな味でした。
コスパも味も最高✨
店長さんを筆頭に店員さんたち皆さん凄く良い方ばかりで親切にして頂きました☺️
