新宿三丁目駅から歩いて1分ほどのところにある肉バルです。
この時期なので休業中の居酒屋が多かったのですが、やはり少なからず営業してくれているお店はチラホラとありますね。
いつもは人で溢れている駅ですらかなり空いていて驚きでした。
特に予約をしないで訪問しましたが個室の席に案内してくれました。
お店の中は明るくて使い勝手が良さそうなテーブルの配置、雰囲気でした。
他の席にも何組かお客さんがいたようで、トイレに行ってようやく他のお客さんの存在に気が付きました。
メニューは今チーズ系を推しているようで、チーズフェアというものをやっていました。
残念ながらチーズを食べる気分ではなかったのでコエドビールと肉寿司と牛タンとサラダを注文してみました。
お通しの盛り付けが綺麗だったので綺麗に撮ってみました。
クラフトビールはとても飲みやすくて喉越しが良いにもかかわらず、風味がクリアでたまらない。
肉寿司は店員さんがバーナーで軽く炙ってくれました。
醤油などを付けなくても、お肉に専用のタレがかかっていて、そのままでも充分美味しくいただけました。
レア焼きなのでとろーっとした口当たりがとても良く、お肉の味がとても良かったです。
牛タンはジューシーでやや厚めで塩と胡椒で味付けをされていました。
噛んだ時に出る風味も良く、美味しい。
サラダは写真の通りなかなかのボリューム感です。
こちらも美味しくいただきました。
コスパが良い肉バルだなと思いました。
美味しい肉料理が食べれて満足です。
