お店のオススメのこちらの肉寿司を注文。
タレか塩から選択可能で、今回はタレをチョイス。
品質、鮮度にこだわり抜いたA4ランク相当の和牛は、肉のサシがたっぷりと入っており、甘みが強い。
また表面を目の前で炙ってくれることで、より脂身が浮き出て、脂の甘さを感じる。
シャリは固めでお酢が強めなので、肉の脂とも相性良く、くどくなりすぎない。
【4〜5枚目】
「A4和牛の炙りユッケ(1,630円)」
こちらも肉寿司同様に、A4ランク相当の黒毛和牛を使った上質なユッケ。
こちらも卓上で炙っていただけるというパフォーマンス付きの一品。
肉は非常に柔らかく、こちらもサシがしっかり入っている。
また濃厚な黄身と甘めのタレが相性良く、ご飯と合わせて食べたくなるような一品。
【6枚目】
「牛タンブリアン(780円)」
SNSを中心にバズっているという、こちらのかなり肉厚な厚切り牛タン。
牛タンの中でもさらに脂身の多い部位のようで、まさに牛タン界のシャトーブリアンである。
やや固さはあるものの、肉の旨みは凝縮されており、旨みは濃い。
一切れが大きいので、1本を2人で分けるくらいでもいいかと。
【7〜8枚目】
「シカゴピザ(1,880円)」
こちらもSNSで人気のチーズたっぷりシカゴピザ。
切り込みを入れると溢れ出てくるチーズの他に、牛肉や玉ねぎ、ピーマンなど、具材もかなり豊富に入っており、食べ応え抜群。
チーズもクセがないので、万人受けするメニューかと。
【9枚目】
「濃厚ベイクドチーズケーキ(600円)」
デザートにはベイクドチーズケーキを注文。
比較的レア目なベイクドチーズケーキだったが、濃厚な口当たりは楽しめる。
【まとめ】
新宿駅から徒歩1分というアクセスの良い好立地にある「肉バルアモーレ 新宿店」さん。
イタリアン×肉をコンセプトに、肉が食べられる創作イタリアンメニューが多数豊富に取り揃えられているバルである。
お店は九州料理の「麹丸屋」さんと同じフロアでシェアフロア営業をされているそうで、どちらのメニューも頼むことができるのだとか。
その時の気分に応じてメニューが変えられるのも嬉しい。
この日は平日の19:30に予約をして訪問。
この日はほぼ満席となっており、さすがは駅近の好アクセスなお店である。
店内はアモーレさんのイタリアンな雰囲気の席と、麹丸屋さんの半個室のような和風な雰囲気の席の2種類があり、非常に面白い造りだと感じた。
駅近で、かつジャンルが決まりきっていない飲み会などでは、特に重宝できそうなお店であった。
ただし、新宿という土地柄か、喫煙可能店であるので、そこだけはご注意を。
