お正月はお家でのんびりと過ごし、
2日は旦那さんと共に久々に新宿へ〜☺️
用事を済ませてはしご酒一軒目で訪れたのは、
JR新宿駅東口から徒歩1分の駅近にある
大衆酒場「肉バル アモーレ 新宿店」です
11時オープンのところ、13時に訪れた私たち。
既に席は7割以上埋まっていて、すごい人気！
半個室に通され、ゆったりまったり宴会開始。
サク飲みでしたが、お肉を堪能してきました❤️

お通しは、シンプルではあるけれど、
「これが良いんだよね〜」的な野菜スティック。
ニンニクがバッチリ効いた八丁味噌のタレで
食べるんだけど、これがめっちゃくちゃ
おいしくて、そのままつまみになるレベル

A4黒毛和牛をまるまる一枚使った、ユッケ。
大きなお肉は、見ているだけで幸せになれる✨
提供時に、スタッフの方が炙ってくれます。
バーナーで炙られ、脂がとろっと溶けていくのが
わかり、もうテンション上がりまくり！！
中央の黄身を崩し、絡めながらいただきます
脂身までおいしい旨みたっぷりの上質なお肉と、
甘じょっぱい濃いめのタレ、マイルドな黄身、
シャキシャキのネギが合わさって文句なしの旨さ‼️
高級焼肉店に行かなくてもこんなにおいしいお肉を
味わえるなんて、新年から幸せすぎる！
お通しのキャベツをバケット代わりに
一緒にいただくのもおすすめです。

最近（いや、かなり前から？）居酒屋さんで
こういう肉寿司食べられるお店、増えましたよね。
注文すると、お肉が残念なことも多々ある…。
でも、ここの肉寿司は、本当においしいです
こちらも提供時にスタッフの方がバーナーで
軽く炙ってくれるのですが、脂がとろけて最高！
ほんのりあったかいシャリと一緒にいただけば、
お口の中でほろりと溶けていく幸せよ…。
タレか塩が選べるのも、いいですね！
塩とわさびで食べる肉寿司、気に入りました
▶︎「牛タンブリアン」
こちらでは、超極厚の牛タン串も味わえます。
「これ、絶対好きなやつだ〜」ということで、
一人一本ずつ注文してみました。
（それでも1,600円以下とかかなりお安い）
めちゃくちゃジューシィで旨みたっぷり！
分厚すぎてかなり噛みごたえはあるけど（笑）、
噛めば噛むほど旨みが滲み出てきて
こういうガムあったらいいなあと妄想

国内のクラフトビールもいろいろ揃っていて、
今回は大好きな「TOKYO BLUES」を❤️
パッケージがかわいくて、お気に入り！
柑橘系の爽やかな香りと程よい苦味が
濃い味のお料理に抜群に合うんだよね☺️
これ、意外と置いてあるお店が少ないから
久々に飲めてうれしかったな〜

それから、すごく良いなあと思ったのは
親切で感じのいいスタッフのお兄さん。
カジュアルな大衆酒場だからこそ、
人がいいとまた行きたくなっちゃうよね！
お肉以外にも、お刺身や焼き鳥、チーズ料理など
メニューも充実していて、喫煙可能店でもあるので、
（といっても吸わない人にも配慮されています）
これはいろいろなシーンで使えそうですね
ちなみに、3時間食べ飲み放題3,500円という
お得すぎるコースもあるんだとか！
えっちょっとどういうこと、ヤバない？
しかも、毎日11時からオープンしています‼️
定食もあるから、ランチでサクッともおすすめ。
