新宿東南側から徒歩1分、創作イタリアンぽいですが、ランチでは定食っぽいのがあったり、飲み物では日本酒もある、良いとこどりのバル。
オーダーはQRコードから行なうので今いくら食べたかチェック可能。チーズフェアだったのでチーズ系もチョイスしながら楽しくいただきました。

良質なお肉で、サシがキレイに入っていて
さっと炙ってもらえ、脂の甘み旨みをぎゅっと
感じれました

こちらも炙ってもらえて映える逸品
炙るとやはり肉の甘みでますね
タレに混ぜて旨々です

ラクレットチーズは深いコクがあり円やか、

シラーズは独特のスパイシーさがあって好き
瓶のクラフトビールは多種ありました。
飲み放題にはクラフトビールがないです。
飲み放題付きのコースが3,500円くらいからあったようなので、クラフトビールにこだわらなければ、コースが使い勝手いいかもですね。安いし炙り肉系も一つ入ってそうでした。
