この日の寄り道、新宿。最近は新宿出没率が高くなりました笑。新宿はいろんなジャンルのお店があるので訪れたいお店がたくさんあるんですよね。
この日はこちらのお見せへ。最寄り駅出口からは3、4分で着けるアクセスの良さです。ただお店の入口は少しこじんまりしてわかりづらいので、Google Mapなどで確認をオススメします。
この日は怒涛の3時間コースをあらかじめ予約しました。2時間は案外香ばしい早く過ぎてしまうけれと、3時間だと話したりなくなることがないですね笑。コースに飲み放題をつけました。お店はオールテーブルで、隣との境やスライドカーテンがあり、人の目を気にしなくて良いのがいいですね。ドリンクのオーダーはイマドキQRコード読み取りです。
乾杯はSAPPORO生ビール。仕事帰りの一杯は美味しい。
シーザーサラダ。王道ですねえ。葉もの、水菜、ミニトマトに温泉たまご、クルトン、パルメザンチーズかな、たっぷりふりかけられています。シーザードレッシングの酸味と野菜のシャキシャキ感がベジファーストにいいですね。
炙り牛肉ユッケ。席でバーナーで焼きをいれてくれます。卵をよく絡めていただきます。中は程よくレア加減が残り、少し甘めのタレと黄身のマイルドさが美味しい一品。
海老のアヒージョとバゲット。アツアツの器に盛られた海老のアヒージョは、ニンニクたっぷり。臭いはともかくとして、プリプリの海老とバケットの相性は抜群。
レモンサワー。お肉をいただく時は、少しさっぱりしたドリンクを飲みたくなるので、これでさっぱりと。
炙り和牛肉寿司。こちらもレア加減で出していただき、席でバーナーで焼きをいれていただきます。こちらもタレは甘め、お米が小ぶりで食べやすくなっています。
ももステーキ。なかなかのボリュームです。たれと山葵と岩塩がついていて、数種類の味付けで楽しめます。厚切りのお肉はミディアムレアで食べごたえのある一品。弾力のあるお肉で美味しい。オススメは山葵と岩塩。山葵の辛みと塩ってお肉の味を引き立ててくれます。
チーズリゾットかガーリックライスから選べます。選んだのはチーズリゾット。しめじや厚切りベーコンが入っていてチーズ風味が美味しいリゾット。
〆のデザートは、マンゴープリン。しっかりマンゴーの味がして美味しかったです。
