海外の店舗で数回行った事があり、日本にも池袋に一号店が出来てからずっと行きたいと思っていましたがなかなか行くチャンスがありませんでしたが12月アクセスの良いに新宿店がオープンしたので早速伺う事に。
コースメニューもありますが、アラカルトで注文。
マーラースープ（通常よりプラス一辛）と白湯スープの2色をオーダー。
野菜の盛り合わせ、キノコ類、やまいも、レンコン、湯葉、わかめ、豚バラ、特選牛など好きなものを単品で。
タレも自分好みに作れるスタイル。
お客さんは8割方中国人でスタッフも中国人ですが、きめ細かいサービスでまた訪れたいと思いました。
