JR新宿駅から徒歩2分。新宿一の繁華街として知られる歌舞伎町に2017年10月にオープン。
歌舞伎町には沢山の居酒屋がありますが、安くて安心して飲める居酒屋は知らない人が多いはず。
そんなお店でこの日は忘年会。
旬の野菜や厳選した地鶏を使用し、 素材の旨味を引き出す丁寧な調理にこだわっているそうで楽しみです。
生ビールで乾杯し注文したのは
・鮮魚とアボカドのタルタル仕立て
鮪、サーモン、アボカドをたっぷり使いタルタルソースに絡めトビコをトッピングしたカクテルサラダのような一品。箸休めに良いです。
・帆立と三つ葉のかき揚げ
柔らかい帆立とサクッサクの三つ葉の天ぷら。居酒屋メニューには珍しいですよね、てんつゆの他に、塩・小葱・おろしが添えられています。オススメです。
・穴子のふわふわ天ぷら
外はサクッ中はフンワリとした穴子の天ぷら。小葱、おろし、塩、天つゆと味変を楽しみながら頂きました。
・甘海老の唐揚げ
カリカリザクザク！頭から尾、殼ごと食べられる甘海老の唐揚げはこの食感と甘海老の香ばしさがたまりません。おつまみにピッタリ。
・地鶏の唐揚げ
外はカリカリ、中はシットリジューシーな居酒屋定番メニューです。地鶏に自信があるだけに美味しい！マヨネーズをたっぷりつけて頂くとビールと相性抜群！
・黒豚のとろ角煮
角煮は箸で切れるほどトロトロ、ホロホロ。
辛子を少し付けて角煮を頂けばお酒が止まりませんよ。
・プリプリ和牛もつ鍋
大きな和牛モツがたっぷり入った鍋には、野菜もたっぷり入っています。
モツに合わせたしっかり目の味付けの出汁に箸が止まりません。
モツはもちろんですが、モツ鍋のキャベツと豆腐って美味しいですよね。身体が温まりました。
店内は落ち着いた和の空間で総席数なんと100席。
アラカルト、コース料理、飲み放題もあり座席数がたくさんあるので、大人数の飲み会にもぴったりです。
車椅子もベビーカーも入店可能なので、みんなで楽しめますね♪
