宮崎県アンテナショップの2階レストラン。
1階の物産は何度か購入したことがあり、
ずっと気になっていました♪
宮崎県産かつお飯定食
鰹のお刺身が甘口の醤油タレに漬け込まれて、
ぐるっと一周。中央にネギ、新生姜、卵黄。
ゴマが満遍なく振りかけられています。
ますはそのまま。
薄めの身ですが、タレにしっかり使っていて、
とろんと美味しい。
鰹独特のエグみも抑えられていて、苦手な方も
食べやすいのではと思います。
卵黄を崩して、薬味を巻いていただきます。
卵黄ソースでまろやかになってより美味しいです。
途中で店員さんが、土瓶に入った鰹出汁を持ってきてくれます。
ご飯にのせて鰹出汁をかければ出汁茶漬けに。
鰹にほんのり火が通って、また違った味わいです。
お味噌汁は、白味噌ベースで麹が効いたもの。
甘みのある上品なお味噌汁です。
割り干し大根のお漬物も歯応えがあって美味しい。
ご飯がツヤツヤで粒が立って本当に美味しかった…。ご飯のサイズを選べるのですが、大盛にすればよかったと後悔しました^^;
