以前から食べたかった宮崎県の冷汁。
東京・神奈川だとなかなかありつけません。
食べログレビューで新宿駅南口の宮崎県アンテナショップにレストランがあることを見つけました。
新宿に行く機会があったので、ここでランチ。
チキン南蛮定食もおいしそう。
迷いましたが、初志貫徹で冷汁定食（1,850円）
冷汁定食にも，チキン南蛮が付いてました(^^)
冷汁はコクとさっぱり感のバランスが良く、とても美味しい。
ご飯を入れてザクザクといただくのは至福ですね。チキン南蛮と刺身もついて、とても満足でした。
味噌汁が意外にとても美味しかった。
いつかは本場宮崎市内に行って、冷汁とチキン南蛮食べたいな。
