平日の夜は仕事の兼ね合いで新宿へ
夜は、駅近にあるお店で焼肉を食べようとなっていたので以前気になっていたこちらのお店の周年コースを予約していってきました。
注文したのは
4月下旬にスタートした周年コース
内容は
・キムチとナムルの盛り合わせ
・ブルズサラダ
・黒毛和牛の生ユッケ
・タンしゃぶ おろしポン酢
・本日の黒毛和牛3点盛り合わせ
・赤身肉のわさび焼き
・大判サーロインの焼きすき
・復活！BULLS赤身肉のみそ玉
・新宿BULLS特製 和牛握り6種盛り合わせ
・濃厚コムタンスープ
・さっぱりシャーベット
前菜から締めまで盛り沢山のラインナップでした。
まずは前菜からスタートさっぱりとしたナムル盛り合わせに塩加減が程よいブルズサラダ
そしていよいよお肉シリーズにうつります。
最初はユッケから
新鮮な生ユッケは柔らかく、口の中でとろける味わいでした。
続いてタンシャブ
薄切りのタンを両面さっと焼き上げて特製のポン酢の中にドボン。
さっぱりとした味わいでたん特有のうまみを感じることができました。
本格的な焼き物は和牛3点盛り合わせ
カメノコなど赤身の代表格が揃います。
タレorにんにくだれで赤身肉を溶かしていくと旨味抜群。
食感もほどよく楽しめます。
赤身肉のわさび焼き
珍しい1品でした、赤身にわさびをこれでもかとまぶした焼きもの
わさびのつんとした味わいに赤身が合う逸品です。
ここからは後半戦
ロースの代表格である大判ロース
さっと焼き上げて、とろとろの卵黄と共に楽しみます。
肉の旨みを存分に感じれる1品です。
続いて赤身肉のみそ玉
珍しい1品のこちらは赤身肉に味噌につけこんだ内容
味噌特有の味わいが幸せにしてくれます。
最後は肉寿司の盛り合わせ
うにとの組み合わせなど多彩なラインナップでした。
締めにはコムタンスープ
さっぱりとしたスープでしっかりと締めくくりました。
想像を超えた満足度のコースです。
