新中野にある本店が食べログ百名店2022に選出された『花は咲く』の支店になります。
平日の11時50分頃に店前に到着。ほぼ満席に近い状態ですが、カウンター席が空いたばかりで、ほどなく着席できました。
Bセット「大海老天、ズワイガニ天、カボチャ天、エノキ天のせ ぶっかけうどん」＋「極上のたまごかけごはん」（1,780円）が気になりますが、さらに＋700円追加でたまごかけごはんを「A5和牛のミニすき焼き丼」に替えられるということで、そうすることにしました。
約25分待ってようやく提供。うどんは注文を受けてから丁寧に茹でる、、、それがお店のポリシーのようです(^^;
麺は通常の讃岐うどんよりやや細めです。モチモチしてコシもまずまず。
うどんの器につゆをかけましたが、具の中に入っている鰹節が“追い鰹”のようになって旨みをさらに引き立てています。
天ぷらも結構サクサクしていておいしいです。とくにエノキ天は、エノキ独特の香りがアクセントとなって味変になりますね。
ミニすき焼き丼は、通常のすき焼きよりかなり甘め＆薄めの味付け。一杯の丼として、多少の物足りなさは残りますが、A5和牛の素材の味をしっかり感じ取ることができます。
後半は、大海老天、ズワイガニ天、A5和牛を交互に食べ、贅沢なひとときを過ごしました。
うどんの割に値段は張りますが、かなり満足度の高い食事となりました。ごちそうさまでした。
