西新宿 うなぎ うな桜
西新宿駅近くの職安通りの方に当店はあります。周りには飲食店は少なく、ひっそりと営業しておられます。
ここのお店の存在は前から知っていましたが、なかなか行く時間が取れずでしたが、今回やっと時間が取れ、行くことが出来ました。
私たちの他に先客が2名1組。うな重の特上を注文しました。
まずは、骨せんべいと海老を素揚げしたものから。
骨せんべいの塩味がかなり程よかったです。
海老は小さいながらも、海老の柔らかさと旨味を感じられました。
うな重ですが、うなぎが厚くふわふわで、美味しかったです。タレは醤油の味が強く個人的にはもう少し薄味の甘めのタレの方が好みでした。
寡黙そうな大将（オーナー？）が一人で営業していました。いろいろと大変そうだなと思いながら見ていました。
ごちそうさまでした。
