Shinjuku 3-chome, 1 restaurant of the bar district. A slightly unusual restaurant where you can enjoy fresh meat including raw meat at Sushi. Assortment of sounds of sushi (4 kinds of meat Sushi). Cow tongue Warship, pork toro (front left), and two types of wagyu beef, lean and medium-toro. Pork toro is simmering. I wonder if the temperature at which the fat melts is low. Additional meat Sushi. Engawa: The pure white one. This is also thick. It has a more refreshing fat than pork toro, and you may like it better. Cow tongue Natto: I don't know what combination it is, but it's a delicious platter. Meat Sushi has a delicious unique taste that is different from fish sashimi. The flavor that you can feel as you bite into the meat and the melting fat on the texture are delicious. I can't eat too many because it's greasy, but this is good. Seared cucumber and spicy miso. It's like spicy vinegar miso, and there is plenty of sauce that makes you feel the acidity of vinegar. (By the way, the dish is pickled in celery.) This is also vinegary and sour) Aonori butter taro. The taro rolling on the hot griddle is slightly charred with butter and is delicious. As for beer, I had a bottle of red star beer. It would be nice if the side menu with chopsticks rest was a little more substantial so that you can enjoy the meat for a long time. It is refreshing and non-greasy, such as a dashi egg roll. All of the menus involve meat, so it's delicious but a little tedious. Porridge and seared cucumbers are also good, but they are all sour, so it would be nice to have something simpler and lighter. A shop in the basement of a multi-tenant building. It's not big, and it's lively at night. It was about 4:30 p.m. on the weekend, and there were no other customers, so I could see the simple structure clearly. It seems to answer the mood of wanting to eat something different from the usual, but is it better to have a little pinch at the second restaurant? Is it heavy meat?
