Cow tongue Warship, pork toro (front left), and two types of wagyu beef, lean and medium-toro. Pork toro is simmering. I wonder if the temperature at which the fat melts is low. Cow tongue Natto: I don't know what combination it is, but it's a delicious platter. Meat Sushi has a delicious unique taste that is different from fish sashimi.
