新宿駅南口の駅ビル
新宿ミロード7階にお店があります♪
改札口からも30秒ほどでエレベーター乗り場があり、
雨の日も濡れないのは嬉しいですね‼︎
国道の反対側は、バスタ新宿もあり、バスの待ち時間にも立ち寄るプランも良さそうです♪
2年連続ミシュランUSAに選ばれた、日本に逆輸入で上陸‼︎アメリカ西海岸では連日大行列のようですよ！
外観がとても素敵✨
店内には、女性と海外の方がほとんどでした。
初めに、お店入口にある券売機で購入。
席は、カウンター席とテーブル席で自由席でした。

店員さんから、麺の硬さなど聞かれます。

旨味が濃縮された白湯スープが私好み！

肉肉しく、白湯スープに合う☆彡
具材のメンマも大きく歯ごたえがgood⤴︎
刻み玉ねぎもスープに合わせると、
食感と旨味がプラス‼︎
これこれ！牛蒡チップ‼︎
白湯スープのトッピングでは、初めて頂きました。
少しカリッと感も残っていました。
牛蒡の揚げた、少し苦味、
白湯スープと一緒に頂くと、
これが結構合う☆彡
牛蒡チップありですね(*⁰▿⁰*)
麺もスープによくからみ、スープがどんどん減って行きます。
スープがとても美味しく完食(^O^)／
メニュー名の〝トリュフの香る”は、
少し弱いと感じました。
また鶏白湯スープ食べに行きたいと思います‼︎
