ぷらっと、今日のランチは西新宿を散策。
ＪＲ新宿駅の西口を出て、小滝橋通りを大久保方面へ・・、
新宿大ガード西の信号を渡って、進行方向右側の歩道を・、
しばらく歩くと、次の信号があるが、そのまま直進・・・、
少し歩くと、右手の地下１階に・・・、
本日、お邪魔した『やきにく亭 六歌仙 別館』さんがある。
『六歌仙』さんと言えば、新宿大ガードのビルに入ってことを思い出しながら、『やきにく亭 六歌仙 別館』さんへ、平日の１２時００分に入店。
入口から女性店員さんが、（入口から一番近い左側の部屋に入り、一番手前の右手の）テーブル席に案内してくれた。
テーブル席に座って、メニューを確認。
メニューは、

メニューを見ていると、悩んでしまったので、結局定番の「ＭＩＸランチ」を発注。
待つこと３分。
サラダ・ナムル・キムチとタレが提供された。
その２分後に、
ご飯・スープ・肉（カルビ３枚・ハラミ４枚）が提供された。
ツレが、「プレミアムロースランチ」を頼んでいたので、カルビ・ハラミとロースをトレードして焼き始める。
カルビは、韓国語で「アバラ廻りの肉」の事を言うんだよなぁ？と思いながら、焼き台へ。
個人的に焼く時のマイルールがあって、脂の多いモノはシッカリ焼いて、脂を落としながら焼いて、赤身は、サッと焼くことである。
ハラミは、赤身を濃くしたような見た目。
脂の甘さがあり、食感は柔らかく、そして弾力もあるので、程良い味わい。
カルビは、脂の甘味と旨味がシッカリしていて旨い。
そして、トレードした薄切りロースは、肉質がきめ細かく、上品な脂で、甘みが口の中に広がって旨い。
そんな、焼肉を焼いて、サラダ、ナムル、キムチにご飯を合わせて、スープを飲んで完食。
そして、ホットコーヒーを飲んで、フィニッシュ。
本日は、清潔感があり、落ち着いた雰囲気の中で、焼肉を堪能して、『やきにく亭 六歌仙 別館』を後にするＱちゃんでした。
