休日のランチで訪問しました。
並んでます。
国内外問わず人気店という感じです。
入り口近くで待って、順番が来たらパネルで注文して、席に座りますが、提供まで15分くらい待つような状況です。
チーズバーガーを注文しました。
本来はダブルチーズとか食べたかったんですが、結構値段設定は高めな気がします。
後からみると写真撮るの失敗して肉がよく見えませんね。
卓上のマスタードをかけながら味変おすすめですと言われます。
パティの存在感がやはりすごくて、ちょっと中に赤みが残るくらいの焼き加減ですが、ゴリゴリとした食感を感じるくらいにひき肉の塊を食らってる野生味を味わうバーガーです。
マスタードかけるとだいぶさっぱりというか爽やかな味になって確かにこれも好きな人多いだろうなと思います。
もっと贅沢する気持ちでダブルチーズくらいガッツリいきたいと思いました。
