仕事が一段落したので、久々に食いしん坊仲間のYちゃんと
お疲れさまでしたディナー♪
この日はとにかく、肉が食べたい！
と、いうことで、新宿三丁目にあるブラジル料理店へ。
新宿三丁目というDEEPなエリアの
これまたビルの地下にある隠れ家チックなレストラン「ゴッチバッタ」。
雑居ビルの地下に向かう階段の先には、肉好きの聖地が＾＾
曜日限定ですが、サンバショーも繰り広げられる当店は
新宿にいながら本場の雰囲気も味わうことができます。
ブラジルといえば、シュラスコ！
じっくりと焼き上げた串刺しの塊肉を目の前で豪快にカット！
滴る肉汁にテンションあがります！！
お店の中央にはサラダバーがあり、その横にはビアバーがあります。
ビールの種類は５、６種類ほど。ソフトドリンクにカクテルも種類が豊富。
サラダバーには、ブラジルの国民食フェイジョアーダをはじめ
野菜やフルーツ、デザートなどが用意されており、好きなだけいただきます。
フェイジョアーダは黒豆とソーセージやいろいろなお肉を煮込んだブラジルの国民食。
シンプルな味付けなのに、ついつい手が出る美味しさです。
お肉は次々と焼きたてが提供されるので、気がつけばお腹いっぱい(笑)。
