There seem to be restaurant at various stations, but this was my first time using one. The concept is to intentionally keep the portions of each plate small so that customers can try a variety of parts. I appreciate that the staff basically cooks everything for me. The jutting short ribs seem to be the most famous menu item, but when I tried to order it, I was told that it was already fully booked. The substitute skirt steak is also hearty, sweet and salty, and delicious. The recommended menu is assorted hormones, so you can have the hormones grilled and eat them in their most delicious state. It's Friday and the store is full and noisy. The distance between the seats next to you is quite close, and the staff makes a loud performance when the ribs start to be served, and the greetings when entering and exiting are extremely loud, so it is not suitable for people who want to eat quietly. Also, I had to speak out loud, which made me a little tired lol. Sometimes I don't get my order, but overall I think the meat was delicious. Cold Noodles at the end were also small in size, so each person could eat them without having to divide them up. Thank you for the meal.
