新宿サブナードにあり真っ赤なラーメンが
美味しそうでBMしてました。
日曜日の12時頃到着。
お店の外にある券売機で食券購入￥
今回僕は「柚子辛紅らーめん」(1,080円)に。
食券購入時に辛さ、チャーシューの種類、
麺の種類が選べるので、辛さは４丁目、
チャーシューはぷるとろチャーシュー、
麺は通常の山椒を練り込んだ麺をチョイス。
辛さは４以上だと追加料金が発生し、
チャーシューは他に鶏チャーシューあり。
麺は蒟蒻麺も選択可能。
カウンター席に座り食券を渡す時
紙エプロンがいるかきかれました。
白い服の時ならもらった方が良いですね。
待つこと７～８分ほどで着丼。
ゴールデンスパイスと激辛どろ辣油も
一緒に出てきました。
スープは柚子のフルーティーで爽やかな酸味♪
辛さはまろやかで奥深く、４丁目くらいなら
刺激はあるものの無理な辛さではないですね。
山椒を練り込んだ麺のピリッとした
シビレ感も良い感じ(^_^)v
チャーシューはまさにぷるとろ！
よく煮込まれた軟骨がとろとろで味付けが
甘めなのでスープの辛さをサッとリセット
してくれる名脇役にもなってます(*^▽^*)
味のバランスが良かったので、僕は結局
卓上の調味料は１つも使いませんでした。
柑橘系の爽やかさがある辛い麺は
トムヤムクンラーメンと似てるかな？
女性が特に好みそうな味だと思ったら
この時店内はラーメン店にしては女性率が
かなり高めでした。
かみさんも好きそうな味だったので
今度連れて行ってみようかな(*^_^*)
