コンビニのカップ麺でしかお目にかかれなかった
憧れの実店舗へ、いよいよ来れました。
辛さは選べて、中辛のちょっと上に位置する
5丁目を注文しました。
うおっ。これは初めての味です。
そして、咽せます！中辛のちょっと上ではなく
これは辛いです！食べられますが
このお店に来られる猛者たちの凄さにビビります
そして結構、柚子の酸味が効いています。
卓上には、生姜りんご酢なるものがありますが
これ以上酸っぱくする人がいるんだな、と
これまたビビります。
生姜味がきいて美味しくなるのかな？と
少し試しましたが、いや酸っぱい！
ゴールデンスパイスは、私的には好み。
入れると、アジア風味が増してよい。
麺は、山椒が練り込まれた全粒粉の細麺。
これが私好みではなかった。。
ボソボソする感じがして苦手でした。
トッピングは、しっとり胸肉や煮卵、メンマ
たっぷりの白髪ネギが乗っていて豪華！
特に胸肉と煮卵は、から酸っぱの
箸休めになってよかった。
とにかく、食べたことのないラーメンで
好きな人は好きなのだろうと納得しました！
