あと酸味ももちろん常に欲している。

・柚子辛紅らーめん ¥1,290
辛さが0丁目から8丁目、なんだか突き抜けた
仙人みたいになると28丁目という超激辛まである
辛いの大好きだけどそこまで得意でもないので
中辛らしい4丁目でオーダー✨
ベースは自家製山椒細麺、プラス料金で
山椒手もみ麺やこんにゃく麺に変更可能。
酸味を足せる追い柚子も気になったけど
まずはオリジナルで！
たっぷりの葱と肉厚ぶりんぶりんのチャーシューが
美味しい❤️
このチャーシューのゼラチン感とお肉の
ほろほろ加減はたまりません。
あとやっぱり酸っぱい＆辛いスープが最強
卓上には山椒辣油など辛さ増し増しアイテムが
あって色々楽しいです。
店内は結構外国のお客さんが多かった、
サブナードの奥まった場所なのにSNSとかで
人気なんでしょうね〜
