オフ会のゼロ次会で訪店。
先ずはハイボールで喉湿し。カンパァ～～イ！
蒲焼の語源となった蒲の穂焼きをメニューに発見。本来は筒切りした鰻に串を刺したものだが、
当店のは巧に骨抜きが施されている。
ガブリッ、皮目はバーナーで炙ってあるのでパリッパリ、身は直接火が入っていないのでかなりシットリジューシー。シンプルな塩焼きで山葵でいただく。これ美味い！
倶利伽羅と肝を追加投入。うな串専門店と比すると全体的に柔らかめの水分多目だけど、美味い！
ホワイトハボールを追加投入、てっきり白馬のハイボールと思いきや違う。
少しサワーチックな雰囲気だがこれもまた良し。山椒短冊を追加。コレはタレの短冊に山椒の実の佃煮が載っている。我家でもやってみたくなる。
ごちそうさまでした。奥のカウンター席は鰻の寝床でチョイ窮屈だったけど、楽しめた。少し贅沢なゼロ次会完成！
