平日のお昼12時過ぎに1人で伺いました。
先客は2〜3組と意外とすんなり入れました。
いただいたもの
・カレー1種盛り ¥1,150
シビ辛！ビーフ花椒 +¥100
・ライス大盛り ¥100
今週のカレーにあったビーフカレーを選択。
ルーは赤茶色で真っ黒になった青唐辛子
が添えられていて辛そう。
一口いただくと玉ねぎやトマトの旨みのベースに
スパイスの辛さが乗っかっていて美味い。
黒胡椒と青唐辛子も入っているとの事ですが
特に花山椒が前面にきますね。痺れるう。
そしてスパイスの刺激の合間にいただく
ビーフが美味い。
ほどける程によく煮込まれていて
牛肉の旨みがちょうど良い箸休め。
いい感じの痺れと
いい感じの旨味のバランスです。
好きなカレーでした。
強いて言えばパクチーは
花山椒が強いのでこのカレーには
そんなに合わないかな。
辛いの弱い人間なので
あとでお腹を下しそうですが
暑い日に辛いカレーで汗をかく。
それは好き。自己責任。
