平日11:30過ぎ
着いたら凄い行列があったけど、向かいの寄席だった。
階段降りると先客5.6名。
待ちはなし。
メニューは、店内黒板に書かれた3種から選ぶ。
白い牡蠣なんてものもあったけど、カレーが久々なので、定番のポークビンダルーと牛豚キーマの2種盛りで。
提供が早い！
まずビジュアルが美しい。よく見る2種盛りだけど、ポークの色合いが美しい。
そのポークから一口。
ほのかな酸味があって後からスパイスが身体に来る感じ。お肉も柔らかで良いとこ使ってるのがわかる。
ライスがインディカ米！しかも炊き上がり完璧。これは評価高い。
そしてキーマ。甘みはあまりなくお肉の旨味がしっかりしてる。こちらも若干の酸味が。
派手さはないけどしっかり美味い、回転早くリピ確実のお店。
