I've been wanting to go to shabu shabu for a few months now. As expected, the restaurant was full on a Sunday in Shinjuku, but miraculously, I was able to enter after only a 15-minute wait. ~Grilled flying fish broth with a fragrant ginger~ Kyoto Kyu Negi and Yume's Daichi pork shabu-shabu 3,780 yen (4,158 yen including tax) Two types of broth: ・Grilled flying Hot pot This is what I ate! I loved the onions and pork shabu-shabu wrapped around the onions, put them on rice, and put on all kinds of dishes. Even though the staff in the shop were busy, they were polite and talked to me when they had time. I always write about the staff at Amefukura, but it's the food and the staff's service that makes it a pleasant meal. It felt good! I want to go again!
