店主は、かの有名なラーメンの鬼「佐野実」氏の「支那そばや」出身で、東中野の百名店「かしわぎ」でも修行されていたとのこと
平日ランチ利用
・7:30着（開店9:00） 並び30人ほど
・記帳開始8:20（日によって異なる） この時点で
並び70人ほど
・記帳で11:05に予約

・特上醤油らぁ麺 1850円
鶏出汁ベースの醤油スープは塩味、旨味、甘味、酸味のバランスが絶妙 また炭火焼きのチャーシューからにじみ出る香ばしさがたまらない
