散々美味しいものを頂いた筈なのにぃ
ラーメン食べたーいと…うろうろ…
そしてうろうろ…またウロウロ…
ラーメン食べるなら
ゴールデン街でなくても良くない？と思った矢先
お酒の神様がいらっしゃるのは知ってましたが、
ラーメンの神様もいらっしゃるのねーと

のぼりが立っていて写真付きのメニューがあって
親切。笑
醤油に塩、辛い坦々麺？
ニラは、ひと束って えーっ迷う。
ただ、どこから入るの？と
お店の入り口が通りに面しておらず
躊躇
暖簾が出ているものの
中のご様子が見えない扉なので
もう一回、躊躇
ゴールデン街って、アドベンチャー！
中が分からない店に入る勇気。

店内は、コの字カウンターで
ラーメン屋さんなんですが、
壁や調度がアメリカダイニング？バー？
ちょっと暗くて秘密基地風
券売機で食券購入するシステムでした。
先払いは、帰りが楽チン
そしてまだ迷うか？
ニラのラーメンがめちゃ美味しそう
でも、初めてのラーメン屋さんは、
券売機 右端と決めています
特製醤油 1,200円なり
ゴハンも食べる？
えーどーしよう。困るぅ
次いつ来れるか分からんし、食べちゃおう❤️
牛すじカレー 400円に
手を出してしまいました。
ラーメンにもカレーにも飢えてる私
で、肝心のお味
スープは、澄んでいて色は、淡いトーンです…
味も淡いトーンと言うか
化学調味料を使わず
天然の素材で紡ぎ出すそうです。
恐れ入りました。
麺は、細いストレート
しっかり歯応えあります。
そう言えば、箸袋に入ったお箸
六角の細いお箸で麺や具材を掴みやすいです。
味玉は、ちょうど良い茹で加減で絶妙半熟
メーカーズマーク？で作る？
ウィスキー好きにはたまらない？
と思いましたけど…
舌がおバカなので分かりかねました。ゴメンなさい。
胡椒などの調味料は、あいにく目の前になく
手を伸ばすのもなんでしたので
別皿で提供された青唐辛子を
ぜーんぶ入れてしまいました。
赤い糸辛子も、しっかり辛く
この青唐辛子が拍車をかけて
そこそこ辛いラーメンになってしまいました。
で、カレーもきちんと辛い
目が覚めるセットです
しっかり辛い牛すじカレー
お肉は、ほろほろ崩れる煮込まれ度合い
何より、白いご飯がツヤツヤで
美味しい炊きあがりでした。5点満点
