以前から食べログで気になっていました。
本日、ランチで少し歩きますが同僚と伺いました。
同僚は2021年に伺っており、美味しかったと評価してました。
夜はBARだと聞きました。
ザ・ゴールデン街です。
小さな券売機でチケット購入
券売機側の座席はお勧めできません。
後から来るからか背後でわやわやするので落ち着かない⤵️
初来店はスタンダードと決めてるので、今回は塩ら〜めんを購入
先客2名だがら〜めんを待つ間に満席
15分程度で到着
香り良し（ゆずの香り）
塩加減良し
スープ少な目
麺は中華麺と言うより福岡のとんこつラーメンの麺に近いような気がします
味は申し分はないのですが、麺が絡まっており啜れない⤵️
ダマになってる部分もあり減点です⤵️
厨房が狭いとはいえちょっと残念でした
無添加なので安心して食べれる
茹で方と盛り付けに気を使ってもらうと高得点なのに…
