I think it was called something like Yuzu-scented Salt Ramen
I was curious about this place, it's in the back of Golden, but I tried the salt Ramen and got hooked! Everyone eats chive soba, but I like the salt Ramen. I've been there many times, and the chicken is really prominent, and sometimes they serve yuzu pepper, and sometimes they don't, but in conclusion, it's always really delicious. It's so delicious that I go there twice a week lol. I often see comments about the eggs pickled in Maker's Mark saying, "I had no idea," but you don't get it? Are you imagining whiskey? I think lol. I think the eggs with a faint bourbon scent are really good. The water is lukewarm Tokyo water, which is a bit strange, but it seems that ice is only available on the second floor, so I guess it can't be helped if it's a one-man operation. Since it's a bar, I would like it even more if they were particular about the water and ice!
