出来立て温わらび餅をお目当てに、京都 茶寮翠泉 新宿店さんへ行ってきました。
頼んだモノ
出来立て温わらび餅お濃い抹茶味（1480円）
平日11時開店のお店に開店時間少し過ぎに着くと、先客2人組の方が1組。
私の後にお1人様が続々と来店されてました。
この日のお目当ては、どなたかがインスタで投稿されてた大きなわらび餅。
出来立て温わらび餅には
「お濃い抹茶味」と「和三盆味」があって、やっぱり抹茶味を。
そしてセットについてるお茶も
「京都宇治 味のあるお煎茶」と「京都宇治 玉露ほうじ茶」から選べて
今回は「京都宇治 味のあるお煎茶」をお願いしました。
オーダーが入ってから練り上げるあたたかいわらび餅は
とろ～りと伸びてつるっと口に入り、ほんのり溶けていく・・・。
わらび餅自体には甘さはあまり感じないので
白玉と粒あんも添えられて
黒蜜や追いきなこをお好みでかけながら頂きます。
このとろ～りと伸びるわらび餅。
本当にとろっとろ！
実際食べるのも大変なくらい！
和菓子は罪悪感がほとんどなく頂けるスイーツで嬉しいですよね！
でも、実際頂くと
洋菓子よりも甘さを強く感じるような気がするのは私だけでしょうか！？
この日も美味しく頂きました。ご馳走さまでした。
