新宿の好みの味噌ラーメン。チャーシューも最高。
前回訪問して驚いたお店です。チャーシューは厚くて柔らかくとても美味しいです。味噌ラーメンは美味しいのですが、この唐辛子を加えて食べるスタイルが好みです。
今回も初めて食べた感動を裏切らない味でした。新宿に来てラーメンが食べたくなったら多分頭をよぎる事になると思います。

チャーシューが素晴らしい味噌ラーメン
12:30に来店。5人程並んでいますたが、ちょうど入れ替わりのタイミングだったようで、あれよあれよとお店に入店。
味噌ラーメンのお店なので少し豪華なチャーシュー麺を注文。
- 味噌チャーシュー麺 1200円
合計 1200円
着丼すると、まぁ立派なチャーシューが4枚も乗っています。
スープはしっかりとした味噌の旨味と唐辛子の辛さがとても相性がいいです。
贅沢な肉厚のチャーシューを頂くと、柔らかく脂身がとても美味しいです。
ふと横のお客さんが一味唐辛子をたっぷり追加してるのが目に入りました。
同じく一味唐辛子を少し追加して食べてみると、少し辛味が増して、好みに応じて辛さを変えられるのはいいですね。
