I used it at the end of lunch time on weekdays. There were about two people ahead of me in line, but I bought a meal ticket and entered the store immediately. I ordered a large serving of miso Ramen. The place was almost full, so I waited for about 10 minutes for the bowl to arrive, but it didn't bother me. Ramen has crunchy vegetables, a rich soup, and noodles reminiscent of Champon. The soup was seasoned with a slightly salty flavor, but the soup itself was lacking in flavor despite the rich miso. A paper apron was provided in advance, which was a nice touch, but the balance between the saltiness of the miso and the flavor of the soup was not good enough to make it stand out. I wonder if there will be a second time...
