19:00ごろ、夕食で利用。
元気ごはん定食(1,200円)を注文。
ご飯を白米か雑穀米で選べるとのことで、雑穀米を選択
店内は食堂感がある明るい店内で、大テーブルが３卓とカウンターが数席という感じ。
種類豊富な定食や旬の秋刀魚焼きなど、惣菜メニューが豊富。
元気ごはん定食。チキン南蛮、キスフライ、３種のスタミナ和え、小鉢。
チキン南蛮とキスフライ美味しい。キスフライ羽衣が少し厚め。千切り野菜はドレッシングかかってるのでこのままいける。
小鉢はコンニャクと油揚げと、なんか緑のすごくシャキシャキするやつ。美味しい。
３種のスタミナ和えは納豆とトロロとオクラ。混ぜて醤油垂らしてご飯と食べる。良い。
満腹。味噌汁とご飯を1回ずつおかわりした。
次回は別の定食を食べてみたい。
